THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF OUR PROGRAMS (FOR CIVILITY AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLES) ARE THE FOLLOWING:
  • improve emotional and mental health including ADHD, depression, anxiety, etc.
  • know yourself and recognize your emotions
  • develop communication/listening skills
  • promote empathy in human relationships
