THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF OUR PROGRAMS (FOR CIVILITY AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLES) ARE THE FOLLOWING:
- improve emotional and mental health including ADHD, depression, anxiety, etc.
- know yourself and recognize your emotions
- develop communication/listening skills
- promote empathy in human relationships
- provide positive models of parenting teenagers

- collaboration/coaching to reach life enhancement--group and individual
- recognize and change disordered eating
